This work to me, on a personal, level is stunning. As I study this piece, it makes my reaction have a bit of loneliness and pain to it. It brings to my mind an apocalyptic event. It's almost like looking at Pompeii or Hiroshima; a disaster as it plays out. It is so well balanced, and the darkened colors with the bit of off centered light lays out a story for me. I tend to become lost in your art, watching for slight color differentiation, and it keeps drawing me in. My eyes have never settled on one area of this work (or any others I've seen.) I truly do appreciate your work, and hope you have a show at some point.
